What  is  the  shadowing  program? 

One of our goals for K-State PRSSA is to create networking opportunities for our members with local organizations. Our shadowing program allows our members to learn more about the professional world and helps our local businesses mission and spread the word about opportunities for internships or part-time positions. 

How  do  I  sign  up? 

All students are welcome to take advantage of our shadowing program. Typically, we schedule one sign up day per semester. Attend meetings and check your email to hear about upcoming sign-up days. 

Spring 2020 has not been announced yet. 

What  do  I  bring?

  • Copies of your resume
  • Business cards
  • Notepad
  • Questions about the business! This is your chance to see what life in the industry in Manhattan is like!

What  do  I  wear?

Business-professional clothing is preferred. The following are examples of what PRSSA members have worn in the past:
  • Men:
    • Button-Up Shirt
    • Tie
    • Slacks
  • Women:
    • Blouse or Button-Up Shirt
    • Blazer
    • Skirt
    • Slacks
